He has prior experience working on commercial litigation and advisory matters and has also spent a portion of his career in the finance industry. His most recent role was in the fintech industry where he was involved in facilitating Australia’s first Initial Public Offering to accept Digital Currency.
Chay mainly works in the regulatory and compliance areas in the commercial, financial, and fintech space, providing insight into regulatory requirements as part of the development and execution of technological projects. He has experience working in startups, managing stakeholders and building operational frameworks to ensure a succinct and efficient deployment of regulated product offerings.

Chay is an avid aviation enthusiast and hopes to obtain his private pilot’s licence in the future, in the interim he spends his free time on flight simulators learning the intricacies of both private and commercial aircraft. Chay is also a keen follower of the blockchain/cryptocurrency space and is constantly keeping abreast of its growth and development.
